ONLINE STUNT RUN
Jump, roll, spin and smash your way to a massive stunt score!
Online Stunt Run is an online version of our hit game mode - Stunt Run.
In Stunt Run, your goal is to create the longest sequence of jumps, rolls, spins and smashes to beat a target score within the time limit. Pull off enough stunts in quick succession to build up a 'combo'. Fail to score a stunt before the combo countdown hits zero and you start a new run. Keeping your combo going is the way to really maximise your score and keep the game going indefinitely.
You earn stunt score for landing barrel rolls, boosting, drifting, using the E-brake, reversing and hitting big air. You can trigger multipliers by hitting Super Jumps and billboards and for completing flat spins, barrel rolls and staying airborne for longer than a second.
In Online Stunt Run, it's not a target you have to beat, it's the other players! Take on up to 7 other online players in a single game.
You get ready, the timer begins and you all race to earn the biggest Stunt Run score.
While the timer is ticking you can still score points. When the timer runs out, you can only score if you're still on a combo. But, here's the twist - at any time, any of the other players can crash into you, take you down and 'combo kill' your score.
We got together with Iain A in the Criterion video capture suite and pitted him against 3 of Criterion's best stunt run players - here's what happened.
